Navigating the art world can be challenging, especially for those who are short of time.

Rebecca’s primary aim is to assist her clients through a personalised service. First establishing their objectives, needs and budget, followed by their taste and aesthetic requirements.

Drawing on her years of experience, industry relationships and regular viewings of art fairs, exhibitions and graduation shows, she is able to provide an extensive offering of art from both exciting emerging artists as well as more significant investment pieces.

The client is her priority, she only ever acts for one side of the deal and any discounts secured are always passed to the client. The client interacts directly with the gallery or artist when it comes to payment, ensuring full transparency but she will manage all negotiations and oversee both pre and post-sale logistics, as well as framing and installation requirements where necessary.


THE PROCESS


Consultation: The first step is a complimentary consultation, where a plan is outlined and a fee structure is established that meets the client’s brief.

Proposal: Rebecca will create an initial art proposal in the form of a slide deck presentation based on the client’s brief. This will contain a number of different options, varying in style, subject and genre in order to narrow down the client’s taste. Initially this will be sent via email for the client to digest and then where possible, a face to face meeting will be arranged to discuss the presentation in detail. This is an ongoing, interactive process until a selection of artists and artworks have been singled out.

Art Viewings & Acquisition: Viewings are scheduled at galleries, artist studios or where possible, artwork is delivered to the client's home. It is Rebecca’s responsibility to negotiate with the gallery, dealer or artist on behalf the client to secure the best price possible. She will also handle all post sale logistics such as framing or reframing, delivery (including overseas shipping and insurance where necessary) and installation.


FEE STRUCTURE


Rebecca’s fee structure is clear and transparent. It is her priority to provide an informed and non biased service. She only ever acts for one side of the deal and all discounts secured are always passed directly to the client. Depending on the nature of the project it is either a percentage commission on individual artworks or a set project fee. This is discussed and agreed in the first consultation meeting.
